The Walled Gardens hosted an exhibition of celebrity depictions of 'secret gardens', to be auctioned at the conclusion of the Garden Festival for the benefit of Help the Aged. These were exhibited within the Walled Garden pavilion, or 'parterre'.

    I was involved with the Professional Gardeners’ Guild/Christie & Co Walled Garden at the 1988 Glasgow Garden Festival and can give you a full history, given time to record it all and seek out the images. I’ll be in touch in due course.
