Current location, if known | According to a Daily Express article of August 24 1988, Ted Saunders of Northamptonshire purchased the entire garden, which was transported in 30 trucks to his estate in Northamptonshire. The gardens of Fawsley Little Hall do indeed appear to incorporate most features of the National Trust/Dobbies Garden (images here). |

Current location, if known | Summerlee Heritage Museum, Coatbridge (as at January 2022) |
Notes | A replica, constructed at Linthouse, of what was almsot certainly the first iron-hulled passenger vessel (and the first iron-hulled boat built in Scotland). Now an exhibition & classroom at Summerlee Museum of Scottish Industrial Life. A related boatshed also exists at Summerlee, as does the base of the winch (by Fox Henderson and originally from a railway goods yard in Forfar) seen in the background of the last image above. The bucket/ladle also seen in the background of that image may or may not be one currently exhibited at the Centre Park Drive roundabout in Coatbridge - what is definitely known is that it was 'for unloading grain and probably came from a Clyde Port Authority 3 ton crane of the type that were on Anderston Quay'. Notes | Sold to Rhyll Council in 1989 for £400,000. Last operated in 2010. The following year, a safety report found that £400,000 worth of repairs were required to keep the ride operational. After standing but not operating for seven years, in 2017 work was carried out to turn the tower into a beacon. |

Notes | Fabricated by John Young & Co (Kelvinhaugh) Ltd in their Scotstoun yard (South Street, Glasgow - now the First Bus Scotstoun depot). The bridge was lifted onto pontoons in the Clyde and pulled to its destination by tugs. It was then placed in position at high tide - as the tide lowered it dropped into securing devices.
